Our team

Colin Ritson

Director

Colin, founder and director of CPH Mining & Civil, established the company in 2004 with two Caterpillar 637 scrapers, expanding it into a trusted partner for major mining giants like BMA, Whitehaven and Glencore.

Kraig Nielsen

Operations Manager

Kraig has served as the Operations Manager at CPH for 11 years overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring optimal allocation and maintenance of equipment, managing client relationships and co-ordinating logistics.

Rob Stevenson

Maintenance & Transport Manager

Rob joined CPH in 2013 and now manages CPH’s extensive plant fleet. Rob holds trade qualifications in diesel fitting and tyre fitting.

Anna Glynn

People Manager

Anna has been with CPH since 2020. She manages Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding and employment administration.

Sherayne Peate

Compliance Manager

Sher manages CPH’s compliance with our clients’ safety and management systems. She comes from a background of Business Improvement with BHP.

Darren Reynolds

Superintendent Goonyella Riverside and Broadmeadow Mine

Darren is an experienced construction supervisor and a skilled plant operator and has been with CPH since 2013. He manages our day-to-day operations on Goonyella Riverside Mine and Broadmeadows Mine.

Amy Heaslip

Accounts and Payroll Manager

Amy has overseen CPH’s accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions since 2018. She has over 20 years of accounting experience including both public and private sector organisations.
