We regularly recruit for a wide range of mining jobs in Queensland, including mining operator jobs, dump truck drivers, scraper operators, heavy machinery operators and FIFO mining roles. Our projects are mostly based in and around Moranbah and other key resource regions in Central Queensland.

If you’re ready to apply, here’s how to give yourself the best shot.
Present a strong Resume
Start with your name, phone number and email address. Highlight relevant skills clearly (such as GPS experience, final trim operation or supervisory roles) and give a clear work history that tells us where you’ve worked, what you did and when. Include your qualifications, inductions and tickets. Lastly, don’t forget references – list names, job titles and contact numbers, and make sure they’re expecting a call.
Prepare your documents
Don’t just say you’re ready – show it! Have the following documents on hand and ready to upload with your application:
- RII Competencies
- A clear photo of your current driver’s license
- Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
- Most recent Section 4 / Health Assessment (downloadable from your ResHealth login)
- Mine site transcript (if available)
Having these ready to go makes the process faster and shows us you’re serious.
Treat the pre-screening questions like a first interview
