Dam Desilting at WHC Blackwater Mine

CPH Mining & Civil has carried out dam desilting works at Whitehaven Coal’s (formerly BHP’s) Blackwater Mine since September 2023. This wet hire contract involves a fleet of articulated dump trucks, excavators, and various support equipment including a mobile crib hut/office.

CPH’s key services include:

• Construction of access roads, go-line parking areas, site offices, erosion and
  sediment controls
• Silt removal to floor level of dams in accordance with environmental conditions and under the instruction of the Company
• Various minor civil projects.
