CPH Mining & Civil worked on this environmental and mine optimisation project at the Saraji Resource Mine in 2020, which included a creek diversion to optimise the southern pit area’s geometry and layout.
Key services provided by CPH for this project included:
Construction of a new low-flow channel for the diverted creek
Topsoil management and revegetation to create a new floodplain
Building levees to contain the diverted creek during flood events
Light vehicle road construction with concrete box and metal pipe culverts
Supply, welding, and installation of new DN315 HDPE pipelines
